We offer a wide and varied transport service, specializing in the transportation of temperature-controlled and bulk products. Our services cater to seafood, scrap metal, malt, and animal feed stuff companies throughout Ireland, UK, and Europe, with a focus on the French and Spanish markets. With a fleet of 40 modern trucks and 95 trailers, we prioritize delivering fresh and frozen goods efficiently and reliably.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HGV Artic Truck Driver at O'Donovan Transport Cork Ltd in Carrigtwohill. The Truck Driver will be responsible for driving trucks, unloading cargo, and adhering to DOT regulations. The role involves transporting temperature-controlled goods and bulk products efficiently and safely to various locations.
Qualifications
A Clean Valid HGV (Artic) License.
A Valid up to date CPC Card.
A Valid Digital Tacho Card & knowledge of EU Tacho Regulations.
Experience with unloading cargo
Familiarity with truck maintenance and handling
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
