Travel Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

Processing requests from customers via e-mails
Correspondence with customers via e-mails
Provide timely responses and regular assistance during the service
Managing relationships with partners
Other tasks related to great customer experience
Help colleagues when it is necessary

Requirements for candidates:

Computer fluency (Outlook, Word, browsers, e-mail, etc)
English Language (Intermediate / Advanced)
Effective written communication skills in English
Any additional European languages are welcome (like German, French, Italian)
Responsibility
Ability to multi-tasking
Self-motivation
Team member & Positive attitude

Conditions and benefits:

Motivating salary - fixed, starting from 700 up to 1500 € (depending on skills and the possibility to work autonomously)
