Laflei is an Italian conglomerate founded by Ukrainians, specializing in providing high-end car rental services and a wide range of luxury travel experiences. We need a Travel Designer to create and manage premium group driving tours that deliver a genuinely exclusive and luxury atmosphere for our clients' travel experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Crafting detailed, customized, and often complex itineraries from scratch
Manage financial aspects of tours, including budgeting, advertising expenses, cost control, and resource allocation
Selling tours, converting hot leads
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Oversee tour planning and logistics
Reserving flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other services
Maintaining relationships with hotels, airlines, local suppliers and other partners.
Collaborate with marketing teams to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Handle emergencies, unexpected changes, and customer concerns during tours effectively
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations, travel management, or related fields
Strong proficiency in the English language (B2 level or higher)
Knowledge of Italian will be an advantage
Ability to manage multiple itineraries, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and analyzing the profitability of tour operations
Excellent communication skills. Strong focus on delivering excellent client experiences and handling feedback constructively
Languages:

The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
