Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for Technical Support Specialist who will be involved in delivering outstanding service in a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with the latest technologies. You will be offered to apply to the fullest your understanding customers’ needs and providing valuable support skills.
Responsibilities

end-user support in using, setting up and upgrading customer’s applications;
helping clients in identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer’s applications;
collaborating with developers in troubleshooting and bug fixing when needed;
managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date;
maintaining and updating the company website with as little as tech tips and briefs, and as much as fully rounded documents and procedures.

Requirements

proven experience in IT customer services and support operation related field, includdding application support management and/or quality assurance;
sound understanding of web technologies and software issues to enable discussions with internal and external key stakeholders;
strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
excellent written and verbal English.

Will be an asset

university degree in Computer Science or IT;
familiar with front-end development, web design or software development process.
