Team Leader dispatchers group

We are a US trucking company with a record of over 10 years. We are looking for a Supervisor/Manager for our dispatcher group. The potential candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and should be knowledgeable about StepDeck and FlatBed dispatch.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the Dispatchers to ensure consistent execution of the daily dispatching processes for all operations across the assigned coverage area
Maintain effective staffing and scheduling, including providing relief coverage of dispatchers as needed
Promote an environment conducive to high morale and performance
Develop Dispatchers through training, coaching and feedback
Maintain regular communication with the Owner and provide weekly summary reports
Planning and dispatching in an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics
Working with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing, and service are optimized and efficient
Using software and tools to identify the lowest cost solution based on need
Providing daily communication to management on labor and equipment needs
