Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer | BĂLȚI, MD

To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a SQA Engineer.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

Bachelor in engineering - advantage
Knowledge of standards and methods of qualitative analysis in automotive field – advantage
Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office,)
English is a must, German language is an advantage
Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all components that are ordered internally and received from suppliers are approved according to AIAG / VDA requirements
Coordinates and supports the quality control activity when receiving components
Has the responsibility to physically and scripturally block the non-compliant components and to announce the impacted parts
Manages complaints and notifications process to suppliers and announces internally the impacted departments, providing all necessary data
Analyzes 8D reports received from suppliers and based on them closes complaints in the system
Collects data on the costs of non-conformities and transmits the information to the supplier
Manages the program of corrective, preventive and predictive actions from the initiation of the complaint until its closing. Carefully check the collection, recording and analysis of data
Follow-up and escalate in order to close the open actions to recover the costs created by the non-conformities of the suppliers
Monitors and coordinates the periodic updating (script and physical) of the quarantine stock and the preparation of the non-compliant components to be returned to the suppliers
