SAP BW Business Analyst (S/4HANA)

We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in SAP HANA BW to support our company’s transformation and implementation projects. This role involves providing SAP expertise and assisting Product Owners in managing the product.
Main Responsibilities:

Analyze and study business requirements; understand problematic contexts and business processes, challenge existing practices, and propose solutions.
Organize and lead workshops with technical and functional stakeholders to refine requirements.
Oversee the design of SAP functionalities (SAP MM module) for the project, which will be developed and configured by external partners.
Liaise with the business, the Product Owner, and the Purchasing controlling team.
Define and document User Stories and their acceptance criteria; create analysis documents needed for changes and solution identification in SAP.
Develop the test strategy for User Stories, execute tests, and design, specify, test, and maintain API, event, file, and IDOC interfaces to facilitate data exchanges.
Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate the delivery of user stories.
Manage corrective, preventive, and evolutionary product maintenance.
Oversee the monthly closure process within the system.

What We Are Looking For:
Must:

At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
Minimum of 3 years of expertise in SAP BW and HANA.
Experience with IDOC interfaces and FIORI.
Familiarity with Agile projects and backlog management.
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a technical-functional SAP role (ABAP, BW, FIORI).
Strong knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems (API: APIGEE, BRUNO, files: CFT, etc.).
Good understanding of data management.
Proficiency in French.
