Job Description:
We seek a fluent English-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Balti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with trucking companies to secure their trucks for loading by our dispatchers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and building solid relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Contact Potential Clients: Contact trucking companies to offer our dispatching services.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Promote Services: Communicate the benefits of our dispatching services to potential clients.
Negotiate Contracts: Work with clients to agree on beneficial terms for both parties.
Collaborate with Dispatch Team: Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients.

Requirements:
Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Sales: Previous sales experience, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
