US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent on the USA market with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers in order to establish accurate hiring needs;
Prepare job descriptions and recruit on various job boards;
Identify, acquire, assess, headhunt, and screen candidates' resumes;
Perform prescreening interviews to identify the best talents for the company's open vacancies;
Work closely with the marketing team to prepare hiring posters, texts, and catchy advertisements for social media;
Create and update HR database on a daily basis;
Organize and maintain employee personal records.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;
Proficient verbal and written Engilsh skills;
Highly professional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
