About us:
Five Star Airways Inc. is a luxury concierge company that aims to provide a second-to-none level of service and comfort to the customer, along with heavily-discounted flights. Our primary goal is to cater to the needs of the client, accounting for any possible wishes/preferences/inquiries they may have.
Your future job duties:
Verification of the sales process
Listening inbound and outbound calls of the agents to ensure to company high level of customer service
Identify workflow issues and provide suggestions to solve them
To make a monthly report on the quality of customer service
Work with different databases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (recommended not a must);
At least B2 English communication skills;
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Advanced knowledge in Excel/Word/other MS Office programs;
Great analytical thinking
Attentiveness;
Solid work ethic.
