Payment Representative responsibilities:
- Processing withdrawal and deposit requests of players who come to the chat or write to the mail.
- Analyzing problems (unsuccessful deposit or withdrawal, wager calculation, bonus abuse, etc) that arise and finding a solution.
- Communication between our and other departments to improve the work of the project. Report about bugs, problems and updates with payment systems.
- Creation of financial cases and their transfer to the technical department.
- Verify documents , check deposit activity, bet history, duplicate accounts and any fraud.
- Report on situations in mails to understand the general situation in our department by employees of another department.
Requirements:
- Experience in IGaming sector.
- Level of English B2 \ C1
- Stress resistance
- Confident PC user
- Ability to work quickly with a large flow of incoming customer requests
- Knowledge of ethics of communication with clients
- Developed memory and attention
- Customer focus and multitasking
- Knowledge of admin and chat systems.
- Ability to type quickly
