goCharge.tech is a Romanian based startup that connects traditional web2.0 business model to web 3.0. Our company provides power bank rental service and advertising time on our network of screens across European Union cities. Our mission is to increase adoption of power bank sharing service via smaller prices that will be achieved by integrating crypto as payment method.

We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate well and what is needed to manage and maintain an online community. You will join our team to coordinate & implement PR, social media and external communication strategies. In this role, you will manage and implement communication campaigns, maintain and interact with our online social media community. You'll be in charge of the brand’s communication across our social media channels, including Twitter, Telegram, Facebook and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments, manages deadlines, and works independently. Knowledge of publishing tools like Planabble or Buffer, TweetDeck, Mailchimp, Telegram and main social media platforms are a must. Knowledge of WordPress CMS, Figma and Adobe suite are a plus. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven to deliver results.
Key requirements & skills:
- Background and work experience growing and development brands;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools;
- Eager to take initiative, contribute ideas, jump in when needed;
- Customer service-oriented, eager to help, and delivers work on time. Quality and attention to detail matters;
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
Bonus points:
- Creative writing and thinking skills;
- Passion for customer engagement and community management;
- Any other language is a plus (Spanish, Romanian, French, German, Dutch, Italian).

- Work with team members to define the content strategy and editorial calendar;
- Work with our designers on the positioning, branding, and messaging of creative marketing concepts and campaigns;
- Maintaining blog posts; working with freelance writers or creating posts yourself;
- Manages the weekly/monthly updates announcements;
- Proofreading content developed by SEO agency & other partners;
- Supports marketing activities (improving website content, channel marketing).
