Redmineflux is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager specializing in lead generation to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and drive engagement across various channels including but not limited to digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand lead requirements, define target audience profiles, and optimize lead generation campaigns to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for lead generation and refine existing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end execution of lead generation campaigns, including campaign planning, budget management, creative development, content creation, audience targeting, deployment, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of lead generation efforts, analyze campaign performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall lead quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry influencers to expand our reach and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on lead generation activities, results, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, lead generation tactics, and best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to drive lead generation and achieve business goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
