If you have a solid grasp of English and a desire to learn, we will provide you with comprehensive technical training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
Client Support: Engage with clients via email and phone to resolve technical issues such as password resets, internet connectivity problems, and email inquiries.
Remote Assistance: Log into clients’ computers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Documentation: Accurately log and document all interactions and issues in our ticketing system to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and follow-up.
Problem Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary, ensuring timely resolution for our clients.
Client Guidance: Provide clear and concise information to clients, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level of English to communicate effectively with clients.
Eagerness to Learn: A strong motivation to acquire new knowledge and skills in IT and customer service.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to help are what truly matter!
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist clients and document your work.
Availability for Rotational Shifts: Flexibility and availability to work in 8-hour rotational shifts (24/7) to provide outstanding support to our clients.
