We are a top luxury car rental broker, known for outstanding service and an exceptional range of premium vehicles.
As we continuously evolve to meet increasing demand, we are seeking a leader who is not afraid to take control of managing an existing sales team and driving its growth and success.

Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in a sales role
- 1+ year of experience as Head of Sales
- English proficiency level at least B2
- Fluent Russian language (many of our employees and clients are from CIS countries. We do not bring profit to aggressor countries)
- Have formal training in marketing and sales techniques
- Have a deep understanding of luxury customer service
- Skilled in providing personalized service to VIP clients
- Experience in the car rental sector will be considered a valuable asset
- Process automation experience and skills, including CRM configuration
- Familiarity with penalty systems and response procedures for rule violations
- Effective meeting management skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with the team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Know how to motivate and inspire team members
- Qualified to set goals, track their progress, and stay motivated
- Expertise in driving business expansion, sustained growth, and increased profitability

In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales team members.
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- Mentor and develop sales team members
- Provide support and motivation to help employees achieve their goals
- Shape and manage internal processes that boost team productivity and overall department success.
- Set clear individual and team goals and ensure their achievement.
- Lead regular team meetings to align on objectives and progress.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results.
- Prepare accurate reports and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, support, logistics) to optimize workflows and performance

Languages:

The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
