The Opportunity
DansUGC isn't just another agency; we are the engine behind organic growth for the next generation of mobile apps. We help studios dominate TikTok and Instagram through strategic UGC marketing, and we are now expanding our internal product suite with projects like DansVPN (tailored for TikTok creators) and MyReflects (an AI-powered journaling app).

We are looking for our Founding Engineer. This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" role. You will have 200% impact from Day 1, owning the technical roadmap and building the products that power our ecosystem.

Our Goal: Within 6–12 months, we want you to transition into the Head of Engineering or CTO.

The Role
As our first dedicated engineer, you will bridge the gap between vision and reality. You’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining high-performance web and mobile applications.
Taking products from a Figma file to a live App Store/Play Store release.
Making critical architecture decisions using our core stack (Supabase, NextJS, React Native).
Collaborating on UI/UX design when needed—we value "design-aware" engineers.
Operating with total autonomy. You won't be micromanaged; you’ll be expected to see a problem and build the solution.

What We’re Looking For
The Full Stack: Expert-level proficiency in React, NextJS, and React Native.
Proven Track Record: You have pushed at least one mobile app to the App Store/Google Play (and lived to tell the tale).
The "Founding" Mindset: You are a self-starter who takes initiative. If something is broken, you fix it. If a feature is missing, you propose it.
Technical Breadth: Comfortable with Supabase for backend/auth and Shadcn for rapid, beautiful UI development.
Design Fluency: You’re "OK" with Figma and have enough aesthetic sense to make design tweaks or build out components without a pixel-perfect guide for every single screen.
