A local subsidiary of a large International Financial Group is seeking for

Financial Analyst
Required qualifications:
• Higher financial education (MBA, ACCA is an advantage);
• Work experience in big international companies;
• Sufficient knowledge of IFRS and Treasury as well as accounting standards and taxation;
• Excel and Power Point advanced user;
• Good project management skills;
• Knowledge of consumer lending, fin-tech and customer care best practices and international standards;
• Understanding of controlling, budgeting, treasury, reporting;
• Team management experience;
• Target-oriented, with excellent analytic skills;
• Leadership skills, result driven.
• Fluent English and Russian;

Main Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing and reporting in IFRS;
• Consolidation of the budget;
• Accounting functions;
• Daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports preparations;
• Treasury;
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets on a quarterly basis - PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow;
• Deferred taxes calculation for IFRS reporting;
• Optimization of processes, systems, models of the company;
• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data to support financial decision-making;
• Responsible for financial reporting to Senior Management;
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues;
• Investment project assessment and Involvement into development of strategic initiatives;
• Development of financial and controlling procedures;
• Identify possible cost saving measures;
• Preparing documentation.
