Responsibilities:

Negotiate competitive rates with brokers based on the current market;
Plan and schedule drivers' routes;
To follow assigned trucks and give instructions to the drivers;
To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information;
Plan, coordinate, and manage loads efficiently and cost-effectively;
This is to ensure the transport paperwork is correctly received.

Requirements:

Fluent, conversational English
Proven experience as a truck dispatcher
Open-minded
Long-term worker
Good user of Microsoft Office
