Experienced dispatcher - dry van & reefer

Are you a seasoned Dispatcher with a sharp eye for the best loads? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing load boards and securing top-paying freight? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

Work Hours: 3 PM – 12 Midnight (Moldova time)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage load boards efficiently to find and book the best freight
- Dispatch Dry Van & Reefer drivers with precision and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers
- Optimize routes and schedules for maximum profitability
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher in trucking (Dry Van & Reefer preferred)
- Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English
