We at BESTIARUM GAMES (a U.S.-based company) are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
Our company is known for its visually captivating brand, bringing together concept artists, 3D sculptors, designers, and writers from across the globe.
We are dedicated to creating our own dark fantasy world, inspired by the greatest horror stories, encompassing grimdark, gothic, and horror themes.
Each month, we expand this universe by creating a collection of 3D printable monsters and heroes, accompanied by compelling tabletop adventures.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT POSITION:

As a team member, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as assisting in the creation of visually appealing representations of our universe.
The promotional materials will be utilized on various platforms, including our website, Patreon, Tribes, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and email newsletters. Additionally, you will engage with forums and groups dedicated to our company's field of work, as well as manage paid promotions on third-party websites.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Content creation: Assisting in the creation of eye-catching marketing content, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Social media management: Assisting in managing our social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generating fresh promotional ideas and actively participating in bringing them to life.

DESIRED SKILLS & STYLES:
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate on a conversational level.
- Familiarity with the Tabletop games and 3D printing industries. Bonus points will be given to those who are passionate about this hobby, play tabletop games, and engage in activities like collecting, painting, or creating dioramas of miniatures.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as Photoshop.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting designs within the Grim Dark Fantasy and Horror genres.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills, as our work pipelines rely on the productivity of each team member.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills: You should be able to manage multiple tasks, follow content calendars, and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.

2. Provide us with your rates for the services you offer.
3. Selected applicants will be given a test task to assess the compatibility of our working styles. The test task will be paid for if we decide to collaborate.

THE TEST TASK WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:

-1- Suggesting a promo campaign for the current release- briefly (all related designs will be provided).
-2- Creating an ad for this campaign, paying attention to design creativity and quality.
