Key responsibilities :
Reservation and Ticketing: Efficiently handling all aspects of ticket booking and reservation.
Availability and Routing Research: Conducting thorough research on flight availability and optimal routing.
Problem Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintaining a high level of precision in all tasks.
Your future job duties:
Issuing tickets online and in the GDS systems, through contacting the airlines, partners and any other involved parties;
Checking for the best option to issue the ticket;
Collecting payments from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders;
Processing any requests from Sales Department regarding the airline reservations;
Provide quality customer support via chat, phone, and email professionally;
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction at a high level, focus on improving customer service techniques;
Manage customer data, identifying and escalating priority issues;
Besides providing customers with product and service information, resolving customers’ concerns and complaints.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative in the Travel Industry will be an advantage;
Experience in working with multiple GDS systems will be an advantage;
Advanced English;
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
Great analytical thinking;
Attentiveness;
Solid work ethic
