Chief accountant/ finance manager

HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Chief Accountant/ Finance Manager

The company:
A transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond. The company has branches in Netherlands, Poland and Moldova.

Requirements:

•University degree in accountancy
•Fluency spoken and written English is a must
•Not less than 5 years of the related experience.
•MS Office (MS Excel): advanced level, bookkeeping software, payroll software
•Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary

Responsibilities:
•Take responsibility as chief-accountant
•Bookkeeping
•Payroll (preferable to be carried out in-company)
•Payments
•KPI reporting and analysis
•Prepare budgets
•Shared service center
•Take responsibility as a production-manager for administration jobs for other group companies abroad
•Manage the work with team of assistants
•Develop together with the general manager a management - team
