Location: Gonka Auto Group – WV12 5BB (United Kingdom)
Full-time Position | Immediate Start Available
Gonka Auto Group is looking for a reliable, organised, and knowledgeable Auto Service Administrator to join our front-office team. If you have a strong understanding of auto parts, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a busy garage environment—this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage the garage calendar
- Order, track, and manage auto parts inventory
- Provide accurate quotes and estimates based on parts and labour
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain up-to-date records of jobs, invoices, and parts used
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the front office
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or service advisor role (garage, dealership, or auto parts store)
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Computer literate (invoicing systems, email, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Fluent in Romanian or Russian, in addition to English
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
