Transimex Global Corp, a leading logistics company in the American market that provides reliable logistics services, is actively seeking a dedicated Accounting Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Collect, organize, and manage primary financial documents to ensure seamless financial transactions.
Accounts Assistance: Provide crucial support in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, helping to maintain a healthy cash flow and accurate financial records.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication within our international team.
Experience: While prior experience in U.S. accounting is not required, it is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work and a keen eye for detail are vital to succeed in this role.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
