Requirements for the candidate:
Associate’s degree in related field (accounting, economics, finance) with at least one year work experience;
Proficiency with computers, databases and accounting software (1C program and e-reporting), strong typing skills;
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures according to the legislation and normative financial documentations;
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English;
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;
Accuracy and attention to details.
Basic responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounting Department;
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.;
Processing documents, transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, statements, etc.;
Organizing the inventory of fixed assets, material values, funds;
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner;
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies;
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas;
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
