Work format: Full time/Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am — 5 pm (Chicago time)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Calculation of the brokerage

2. Calculation of the station

3. Repair invoices

4. Calculation of the useful hour of the station employees

5. Collection of information

6. Analysis of track breakdowns and analysis of equipment costs

7. Keep track of credit cards and accounts

8. Analysis and calculation of all company results by month,

9. Process automation

10. Payroll calculation

Requirements:

1. Higher specialized education;

2. Work experience as a bookkeeper for 1−2 years and more

3. Intermediate English level

4. QuickBooks' software knowledge

5. Detail orientated and responsible person
