Statement specialist for owner-operator truck drivers

- Prepare and manage financial statements for owner-operators using the McLeod (TMS) system.
- Categorize and ensure accurate reflection of driver expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and other costs.
- Process and deliver statements on schedule, ensuring timely communication to maintain driver satisfaction.
- Address inquiries from drivers regarding their statements, explaining earnings, deductions, and charges clearly.
- Input, verify, and update all relevant information within McLeod (TMS) for accurate financial statements.

What We Expect from You:
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably McLeod or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for resolving statement-related inquiries.
- Prior experience in the transportation industry or with driver statements is a plus, but not required.
