Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in increasing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation and Management: Craft and optimize copy and landing pages for email marketing and paid/social media marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and Report: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize spending and performance by identifying trends and insights.
- SEO/SEM Strategy: Implement strategies for SEO/SEM to increase website visibility and rankings on search engines.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, and customer support to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, - Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Technical Proficiency:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Proficient in aspects of content production with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
Personal Attributes:
- Creativity: Innovative thinker capable of developing unique digital marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
