Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior React Developer to join our talented team. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on tackling complex challenges and leading the development of state-of-the-art web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced user interfaces using React.js
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and innovative user experiences
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure code quality
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our projects as appropriate
- Drive technical strategy and contribute to overall product development

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and front-end development
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features
- Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration in large-scale projects
- Experience with server-side rendering, Next.js, and other advanced React frameworks
- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have:
- Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio
