We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and streamline the workflows of a small, agile team working on an already successful product. Our goal is to establish effective collaboration processes without burdening the team with unnecessary bureaucracy.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Mandatory experience working in a product company (not just outsourcing or agency work) - this is a critical requirement
- Proven track record in early-stage startups with small, cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in building and implementing project management processes from scratch in low-structure environments
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with the ability to adapt based on team maturity
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and people skills, ability to earn trust, motivate teams, and build alignment
- Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution
- Experience directly collaborating with founders, developers, designers, and other key stakeholders
- High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Define and establish project planning, tracking, and reporting processes tailored to a startup environment
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software products on time and within scope, ensuring clarity in objectives and priorities
- Set up and continuously improve project documentation, workflows, and communication channels
- Collaborate closely with founders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable plans
- Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure transparency with stakeholders
- Facilitate team alignment, resolve interpersonal and technical conflicts, and promote a culture of trust and accountability
- Help maintain team morale and motivation during high-pressure situations or rapid growth phases
- Conduct regular retrospectives and team feedback sessions to improve processes and team cohesion
- Adapt and scale project management approaches as the company grows and evolves

Languages:
- The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
