Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developerto lead and contribute to the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems. If you have over 7 years of experience and a proven track record in leading teams and delivering high-quality software, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Requirements:

Experience: 7+ years of professional Java development, with expertise in designing and implementing complex systems.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and perform code reviews.
Advanced Java Knowledge: Deep understanding of Java SE (Java 11+) with expertise in memory management, performance tuning, and concurrency.
Architecture: Hands-on experience in designing scalable, distributed systems using microservices architecture.
Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies.
Databases: Strong knowledge of both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., ELK, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Front-End Basics: Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
APIs: Expertise in creating high-performance RESTful APIs, WebSocket communication, and API security.
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Testing & Quality: Strong focus on quality, with expertise in test-driven development (TDD), integration testing, and performance testing.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex challenges efficiently.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical guidance.

Nice to Have:

Experience in event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Proficiency in modern architectural patterns (e.g., Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
Certifications in Java or cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, AWS Certified Developer).
