We are a growing U.S.-based trucking company looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated remote dispatcher to join our team!
We are starting with 3 dry van trucks, with potential to scale.

? Position:
Remote Truck Dispatcher (Dry Van)
Location: Remote – Moldova
Type: Independent Contractor
Pay: 1.5% of gross (per truck, per load)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience dispatching U.S.-based dry vans
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of U.S. freight market, lanes, load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
- Ability to handle negotiations, rate confirmations, and driver coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Super Dispatch, or similar
- Reliable internet connection and phone/WhatsApp availability during U.S. hours (EST/CST)

Responsibilities:
- Find and book loads for 3 dry van trucks
- Negotiate best rates with brokers
- Build positive relationships with brokers and drivers
- Monitor loads, handle updates, and provide support throughout transit
- Maintain accurate records of all loads and gross earnings

Compensation:
- 1.5% commission on gross revenue per truck/load
- Paid weekly or biweekly based on completed loads
