Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage: Oversee the daily activities of our dispatch team, ensuring results are accurately analyzed and delivered within established procedures.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all activities align with company rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Develop & Review: Collaborate on the creation, review, and refinement of procedures, work instructions, methods, and quality documentation.
Enhance Safety: Design, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures, specifically tailored for the car hauling industry.
Collaborate & Train: Work closely with other managers to develop and deliver impactful safety training programs for the team.
Team Development: Contribute to the growth and development of a high-performing team, supporting their professional growth and the achievement of company objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Communication & Organization: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is essential.
