JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resources requirements.
Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them.
Report project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product and project-related inquiries.
Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during the product development cycle.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and efficiency within the team

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management, project management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven experience in managing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and project management software.
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian, English (B2).
