We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established company in the food processing and agriculture industry, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. The company operates multiple production sites in the Burgas region, specializing in the processing of high-quality fruit and nut products for both local and international markets.

About the Role
- Oversee the full production cycle, including drying, sorting, rehydrating, calibrating, and packaging food products.
- Ensure quality control at every stage and manage audits, certifications (HACCP, IFS, BRC), and compliance with industry regulations.
- Optimize production workflows, identify areas for improvement, and introduce new technologies.
- Evaluate suppliers and maintain strong relationships with external laboratories.
- Lead and train the production team, implementing best practices.
- Plan production schedules, monitor capacity, and optimize workforce allocation.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and commissioning of new machinery.
- Drive innovation by developing new product recipes and improving existing processes.

About You
- You have a degree in food technology, food production, or a related field, or strong experience in the food processing industry.
- You have proven experience in managing HACCP, IFS, or BRC certifications.
- You are an excellent problem solver with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- You are goal-driven and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and leading a team.
- You have good computer literacy (MS Office) and the ability to manage production data.
- You speak Bulgarian fluently and have an intermediate or higher level of English.
- You are located in the Burgas region or willing to relocate, as the role is 100% onsite across three locations in Burgas region, primarily in Aytos.
