Requirements:
-Advanced level in English, Russian, Romanian languages;
-Great communicational and negotiation skills;
-Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
-Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
-Availability to work Monday-Friday

-Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with company goals and target market needs.
-Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize effectiveness.

-Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
-Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing practices.
