Long-term accounting/bookkeeping

Looking for a person to work as accountant/bookkeeper. Also the work implies some admin duties.

Need to perform the following duties regularly:
- classify expenses charged to credit cards (synced with QB automatically)
- classify items on bank account
- run payroll and sync entry to QB
- book any needed entries to QB
- bank and credit card monthly reconciliations
- sending invoices to a few customers a month
- other administrative tasks
