Logist / Dispatcher

Tasks and responsibilities:

Processing requests from customers via e-mails
Correspondence with customers via e-mails
Finding carriers in our fleet is
Provide timely responses and regular assistance during the service
Managing relationships with partners
Other tasks related to great customer experience
Help colleagues when it is necessary

Requirements for candidates:

Computer fluency (Outlook, Word, browsers, e-mail, etc)
Responsibility
Ability to multi-tasking
Effective written communication skills in English
Self-motivation
Team member & Positive attitude
English Language (Intermediate / Advanced)
Any additional European languages are welcome (like French, Italian, Spanish)
