Stefanini is looking for a Lead Generation / Sales Specialist who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. Our candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Job Responsibilities:
Generate meetings with prospects via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media;
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications;
Work with the Inside Sales Manager to develop and grow the lead generation pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role / sales area;
Experienced in using prospection tools such as Apollo, Instantly, etc.;
Excellent level of English language (mandatory);
Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or tele-sales;
Proficient in MS Office;
Experience in using any CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus);
Ability to adapt to new tools and software;
High level of accuracy and attention to details;
Ability to think on your feet;
Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or related field.
