Your responsibilities will include:

Identify potential leads through market research, maintain and update the lead generation database, and track lead interactions
Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to engage prospects effectively
Contact prospects to assess their needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement
Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations tailored to prospective clients
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics on outreach effectiveness and conversion rates
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals

About you:

2-4 years of experience in lead generation or sales (technology, SaaS, PaaS, recruitment industries), with a proven track record of using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and lead generation tools
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with diverse teams and adapting strategies based on feedback and market changes.
