The modern building of the educational center in Moldova became an oasis of knowledge and creativity, offering cutting-edge technology, laboratories, language rooms, music and art classes, as
well as sports and relaxation areas.

Within a year of its inception, our center in Moldova achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first school in the country to offer international programs and qualifications. Our unique program, which seamlessly integrates national and international educational standards, has garnered global recognition, solidifying our international status.

As we embark on a new phase of development, we are seeking an HR Manager who can be a strategic leader and catalyst for our growth. Your mission will be to establish robust HR processes and foster a culture that upholds high international standards, playing a pivotal role in our journey.

What you will be responsible for:
- developing and implementing a long-term HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals
- analyzing and planning the workforce needs to ensure sustainable growth for the company
- creating and managing the annual HR budget, including personnel costs and social programs
- leading the strategic planning of the organizational structure, adapting it to current and future challenges
- developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy, including effective company market positioning
- enhancing and refining the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to increase the company’s attractiveness in the labor market
- coordinating onboarding processes to ensure the swift integration of new employees into the team
- organizing and conducting periodic employee evaluations to assess their performance and development needs
- coordinating training and development programs, including career growth planning for employees
- implementing Total Rewards and Performance Management systems to boost motivation and retain key employees
- developing and maintaining a succession plan, ensuring a talent pool for key positions within the company

You are the right fit for us if:
- you are passionate about HR
- you have a higher education (HR, Economics) and additional HR training
- you have extensive relevant work experience
- you are fluent in English (required) and Romanian (required)
- you have a proven track record of implementing changes, including helping employees adapt to new processes and approaches
- you have experience using HR analytics to support HR initiatives and projects
- you are proficient in Excel
- you are organized, reliable, and progressive - you genuinely enjoy finding new approaches to work and implementing technology
- you align with our corporate culture and values
