Hostesses | senior hostesses needed for luxury restaurants in Kuwait (male/female)

Respected and established client (large food and beverage company) is looking for professional hospitality staff to join a number of their luxurious restaurants in Kuwait. As a full-time hostess, you will have expertise in creating memorable dining experiences by combining superb customer service skills with in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's offerings. Dealing with a discerning clientele, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and elevating the restaurant's prestigious reputation.

Requirements of the Candidate
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very good English communication skills (French is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and well-spoken, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
1. Greeting guests as they arrive and ensuring that they are seated in a timely manner.
2. Taking reservations and managing the waitlist.
3. Providing menus and answering any questions that guests may have about the menu.
4. Escorting guests to their table and presenting them with menus.
5. Making recommendations on food and drink options.
6. Ensuring that tables are properly set up and that the dining area is clean and tidy.
7. Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
8. Coordinating with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
9. Assisting with other tasks as needed, including answering phones and taking orders.

Company Offer
- A competitive salary of 1600 USD
- Working days/week (8 hours per day, six days per week)
- One-year renewable contract upon mutual agreement
