Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome high-profile and international guests with grace and professionalism
- Manage table reservations using digital booking systems
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless guest flow and VIP service
- Escort guests to their tables and offer personalized assistance when needed
- Maintain the ambience of the reception area at luxury standards
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency and discretion

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or similar environment
- Exceptional grooming and confident, graceful presentation
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, composed, and guest-focused mindset
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of etiquette and luxury hospitality culture
