Head of media buying

**Looking for Head of Media Buying to our client in igaming industry**

The company capitalizes on the latest distributed ledger technologies, making the process of player activity tracking completely easy and transparent for any party involved.

Up to 120 people — join the team of blockchain product :)

Our candidate:
- Head experience or Team Lead position must have
- Has experience in building a team from scratch
- English level B2+ or C1 (any other foreign language will be a plus)
- Has knowledge of the basics of statistics and analytics: can quickly and correctly collect and analyze numbers
- Hands on with google analytics
- Understands what A/B tests are and how to conduct them
- Experienced in working with influencers and webmasters

Will be +
- Experience with crypto, blockchain products and payment gateways
- Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese

Responsibility:
- Optimizing and scaling an existing advertising campaign
- Team building from scratch
- Creation of advertising platforms and making of direct deals
- Planning, setting up, optimizing and scaling new advertising campaigns
- Run A/B tests and increase conversion rates
- Create monthly/quarterly media purchasing plans and provide reports
