Your Day-to-day responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of customer service professionals and team leads, ensuring the delivery of world-class support.
Customer Satisfaction Strategy: Develop and implement strategies and tools to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with external partners and internal teams to uphold high standards and drive continuous product and service improvements.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze customer service performance metrics and utilize insights to optimize processes, improve team efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
Innovation & Technology Integration: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including ChatBots and AI, to introduce innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience and internal operations.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of long-term plans that align customer support with overall business objectives, driving both customer satisfaction and company growth.

Preferrable Background:

Customer Service Leadership: Proven experience in managing customer service teams, with a focus on building and leading high-performing teams.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
