With a rich history of weaving high-quality rugs and a commitment to innovation, Moldabela is poised for expansion and seeks a dynamic individual to drive growth in our B2B sales department.
Position Overview
As the Director of B2B Sales, you will lead our sales strategy, guiding a talented team to build key client relationships, shape B2B sales efforts, and drive Moldabela's overall revenue growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales strategies for revenue targets.
Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering strong client relationships.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key and new B2B clients and partners.
Collaborate across teams for seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends for business expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets.
