Are you a creative culinary leader with a passion for excellence and international experience? Do you dream of working in a breathtaking historical setting? Then we invite you to become part of our exceptional team at Cantacuzino Castle, one of Romania’s most iconic heritage sites nestled in the Carpathian Mountains.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for the culinary concept and daily operations of CANTA CUISINE
- Designing seasonal menus and signature dishes with international flair
- Leading and mentoring a professional kitchen and service team
- Overseeing hygiene standards, cost control, and kitchen organization (HACCP)
- Close cooperation with executive management
- Catering for 18–25 premium weddings and events per year, serving 80 to 200 guests per event

Your profile:
- Several years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale hotel gastronomy
- International experience preferred (e.g., Europe, Middle East, Asia)
- Creativity, precision, and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English (Romanian is an asset but not required)
- Proven experience with large-scale events and banquets
- High level of professionalism, flexibility, and resilience
