Easy Hire Staff is recruiting a Dispatcher for one of our American-based transportation clients With operations across the U.S. , our client provides high-quality freight services nationwide and is expanding its team at the Chișinău branch. This position could also provide a gateway to future roles with similar companies in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate rates, secure loads, and manage the logistical operations for drivers.
Ensure efficient scheduling, smooth operations, and effective issue resolution.
