Our U.S. cleaning company is hiring a supportive and organized Operations Coordinator to help manage schedules, assist clients and cleaners, and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
This is a long-term remote position with stable hours and clear growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required
- Clear, polite, and professional communication with English-speaking clients
- Fluent Russian — required
- Laptop (or PC), smartphone, and stable internet connection
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling
- Create and update the cleaning schedule in our system
- Assign cleaners to appointments
- Handle rescheduling, replacements, and schedule adjustments
- Coordinate communication between clients and cleaners
Communication
- Communicate with clients via text, calls, and email
- Answer questions from clients and team members
- Send payment reminders and booking confirmations
- Clarify service details and pricing
Team Support
- Assist cleaners with questions about schedules, payments, and on-site situations
- Resolve urgent or conflict-related issues
- Maintain internal chats and team documentation
Financial Tasks
- Check and confirm payments from clients
- Prepare payouts for cleaners
- Track outstanding balances and payments
- Work with online payment systems
- Working Conditions:
Schedule:
- 5 days a week, from 16.00 to 1.00 (Kyiv time) or 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. EST (Florida time)
- Days off are discussed during the interview
- Training: 1−2 weeks, followed by a 1-month internship
- Training pay: $3/hour
- Internship pay: $4−5/hour
- After internship: $6/hour
- Average monthly income: from $1,000 depending on productivity
