Development director (financial services)

The representative office of the microfinance group of companies operating in the European market since 2009 is to be opened in Chisinau (currently we have offices in Latvia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Georgia, and are simultaneously launching our activities in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan)

Your tasks:
- Interaction with counterparties
- Strategic plan development and implementation
- Monitoring of operational and financial results
- Coordination of marketing activities
- Creation and support of the team

Our requirements:
- Higher education in economics / marketing / IT
- Experience in the financial sphere for at least 3-5 years
- Knowledge and practical experience in using languages: Romanian, Russian, English
